Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the sukajp Platform. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers, confiscate winnings, and forfeit any bonus balances without prior notice.
sukajp accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and your Account status. All deposit transactions are subject to verification and may be declined if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of the KYC verification process. First-time withdrawals require submission of valid government-issued identification (KTP or passport), proof of residential address, and a selfie photograph for identity confirmation. All Players must engage with sukajp Services in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of fair play. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage, using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software bugs or errors, engaging in fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that gives you an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform. All games on sukajp use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
We reserve the right to impose betting limits, restrict your access to certain games or markets, limit the odds available to you, or refuse to accept any wager at our sole discretion. Stakes and payouts are subject to maximum limits which vary by game type and betting market. In the event of obvious errors (including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game results, or technical malfunctions), we reserve the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes regardless of whether the wagers have been settled.

sukajp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account and refuse to provide Services to you at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other Players, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to sukajp or other Players. Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be returned to you following completion of any pending investigations and deduction of any amounts owed to sukajp, provided the funds were not obtained through breach of these Terms.
All content on the sukajp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of sukajp or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
sukajp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.
